CLIENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SANDRA LOGAN AND CLIENT
Agreement between Client _________________________________, and (Sandra Logan) on Date: _____________________________.
By agreeing to take part in Psychics seminar or by scheduling an appointment, YOU hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
YOU understand and acknowledge that while Psychics will use her best efforts to transmit information and obtain contact with the Metaphysical world, such contact may not occur.
Moreover, YOU understand that the messages received by Psychics may not consist of information which YOU wish to hear. By entering into this reading YOU specifically and unequivocally agree to forever release and acquit Psychics from any liability whatsoever for any of the information transmitted, or not transmitted to client at this event.
In exchange for payment of the requisite fee demanded by Psychics by YOU, Psychics will perform on spiritualist reading (Metaphysical Services”) . All Sales are final and refunds are not and will not be made except by the discretion of the Psychics. YOU agree and acknowledge understanding that any and all advice or assertions of fact made by Psychics is for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon by YOU in making important life decisions. YOU are hereby agree to waive and hold Psychics harmless for any damages that might arise out of YOUR reliance on any advice or representations of fact by Psychics.
This Agreement cannot be assigned by either party without the prior, express, written consent of the other Party. This Agreement represents the entire agreement reached between the Parties and any prior or contemporaneous representations made by either Party are herby merged into this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, that provision will be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall endure and remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement is terminable by Psychics at any time and for any reason. In the event the Agreement is terminated YOU will forfeit whatever additional balance YOU have remaining in connection with the Psychics’s Metaphysical Services.
In the event of a dispute arriving out of the Agreement, the Parties hereby agree to attend a presuit medication in Harris County, Texas prior to filing any complaint. If the Parties are unable to reach a resolution during or immediately following mediation, a lawsuite may be filed by either Party. The sole measure of damages shall be equal to the amount of the requisite Fee and entitled to nothing more.
If Psychics prevails in any litigation arising out of the Agreement, Psychics will be entitled to any unpaid Fee and any damages to reputation caused by any statement which may have been made by YOU.
Venue for the lawsuit shall be in the Circuit Court, or the County court, whichever is applicable for jurisdictional Lcitional purposes, for Harris County, Texas shall apply to this action. Additionaly, the prevailing part in any litigation arising out of or under this Agreement is entitled to his or her reasonable attorney’s fee and costs incurred in connection with said litigation.
